Salt Cell Cleaning
Saltwater pools have a salt cell that creates chlorine using the saltwater brine and electricity. Over time, the salt cell grids can buildup debris and calcium, causing the salt cell to lose it’s effectiveness. Salt cell cleaning is typically done 1 – 2 times per year and involves soaking the cell in a muriatic acid solution.
