Pool Technician
Fort Worth, TX
As a Pool Technician at Pool Genius, you’ll help maintain and service residential and commercial pools across the Fort Worth area. Our technicians perform weekly pool cleaning, equipment checks, and water chemistry balancing to keep pools safe and sparkling.
No pool experience? No problem.
We believe great technicians are built through training and mentorship. If you’re dependable, coachable, and enjoy working independently, this can be an incredible career opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
- Skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing pool surfaces
- Testing and balancing pool chemicals
- Inspecting pumps, filters, and pool equipment
- Performing minor repairs and reporting equipment issues
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Keeping service routes organized and efficient
What We're Looking For
We hire for attitude first.
- A positive attitude and strong smile
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
- Good communication with customers
- Attention to detail and pride in doing things right
- Valid driver's license
Experience in pool service, plumbing, construction, landscaping, or mechanical work is a plus — but not required.
